Personal Coaching

 

Everyone asks me what my method is for coaching executives, business leaders, and any client in general. I answer that each client is unique and different and that I tailor my coaching to their specific strengths and needs. There is no formula except that I use my experience, intuition and toolbox of tips and skills to help anyone communicate across any platform. Whether your needs involve writing a speech, making a presentation, being interviewed or conducting an interview, appearing on a panel, moderating a panel, appearing on-air or on radio, or delivering an investor or sales pitch, I can help you deliver your message successfully.

I focus on verbal, vocal and visual elements as well as audience, intent and message. I find out your origin story and what makes you unique. I can consult via Skype, phone call or in-person sessions by the hour or day, I love to dig in deep and figure out what will make you a charismatic, persuasive, and effective speaker. It all comes down to my personal touch and the genuine interest I have in each of my clients. I cover basics of strategic communication as well as more nuanced situations. The more challenging the request, the better. Bring it on!

 

Keynote Speeches

 

Through my media experience in television, electronic retail, digital platforms and on-air hosting, I am requested to speak on various topics such as Media Training and Executive Presence. Combining these two topics with what I teach at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, other Keynote speeches I have given (nationally and internationally) reflect the course material I teach: Reputation Management, Personal Branding, Strategically Pivoting to your next Career Chapter, and Strategic Communication (i.e. How to Present like a Leader; Creating Your Personal Narrative, Storytelling to Create Success and Opportunities). Media Training

 

I worked at ABC’s Good Morning America for 8 years and helping to start up ABC’s The View. I have also been an on-air talent, TV host and moderator. I have an insider’s knowledge of how to pitch, create content and deliver your message successfully across all media platforms (TV, radio, podcast, speech-writing, panel, webinar, blog). I can make anyone confident, excited and camera-ready. I understand the intricacies about wardrobe, tips/takeaways, props, and how to interact with a host, camera and studio crew. Let me prep you for your next big moment!

 

Hosting / Emcee

 

Whether you need a host for a TV pilot, cooking show, commercial, investor meeting, holiday special, celebrity/author interview, women’s summit, convention moderator, or general floor reporter, I can step into any scenario and deliver whatever is needed with confidence and personality. I’m great at following scripts and improvising in the moment

I also have served as Emcee (Master of Ceremonies) many times from intimate gatherings to rooms filled with 2500 people. Charities, fundraisers, auctions, women’s empowerment summits are just some of the events I have been invited to emcee.

 

Wedding Officiant

 

Officiating weddings of friends, colleagues and clients is a side hustle and personal passion of mine. I’ve done religious services as well as non-denominational ceremonies. I always add a personal touch by interviewing the spouses-to-be, creating funny and intimate narratives, and referencing friends and family. I help choose poems, readings and special contributions/participation by the families, friends and wedding party.
